About Us
Our story so far
Fight for Freedom is committed to standing with people whom society has overlooked as they fight to overcome poverty, ostracism, isolation, or past mistakes. We honor and seek to serve these unseen fighters.
Our Mission
Fight for Freedom is based out of Veresti, Suceava, Romania and began in Feb 2019 with 7 volunteers. It has since grown to over 1000 volunteers supporting its mission from all over the world.
Fight for Freedom is a Christian organization focused on bringing the homeless, ex-convicts, and people in need to Christ and helping them reintegrate into society. This means feeding those without food to eat, providing housing for the homeless, and educating and training members in order for them to be able to get jobs and begin their lives again.
Currently, Fight for Freedom is also helping Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war and estimates that over 40,000 refugees have been impacted through their work.
Why we serve
Our conviction to help those in need comes out of a desire to obey God's Word. Our hope is that we can be vessels used for God's glory and be a part of God's plan of salvation.
In Matthew 25, ”For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.”
